Set the chat Style: Wide or Bubble messages ​

The RWC provides two predesigned chat Styles.

Set them in Wait for Chat (RWC), in Look and Feel section, Chat appearance subsection, in the Style field with the dropdown options:

  • Wide messages (set by default) wide-messages
  • Bubble messages bubble-messages

The behavior between the chats in different styles varies only for the Copy image and Edit image buttons. In the Wide style, they are always visible for the message. In the Bubbles style, they are visible on hover for desktop and embedded chat views, on tap for mobile and Apps chat views.

Note, that you can create your custom chat style instead by providing CSS file in the Advanced settings of Wait for Chat (RWC) when enabling the Use custom CSS toggle.
