Expand communication with a user from the RWC to another channel
OneReach.ai platform allows building communication between bots and your users in many channels. For example, email, SMS, voice calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and many more. No need to limit the dialogue with RWC. To bring communication with a user to the other channel, complement the RWC Flow with a Triggered Flow or a Subflow in this channel.
Sometimes the limit is not a channel but the capabilities of a bot, so a user needs to communicate with a human. For this case, OneReach.ai provides the HitL (Human in the Loop) product. Apply it to facilitate user interaction with a live agent in the middle of the RWC conversation. To use HitL within RWC, you need to build your RWC Flow with the HitL setup. Find it in the Starter Flow HitL RWC toolkit 2.0.0.
